Return Policy
You have 21 days from the day your order ships to request a return. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Please log in to your maac-london.com account or our Returns Page to make a return authorization request. Items must be returned in original condition and must include the original garment tags and polybags. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Items that have been worn or with missing tags or liners will not be eligible for return. Returns will be refunded less a return shipping fee of $15. Items purchased at a discount greater than 50% are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or credit. No exceptions. This applies to all purchases made on maac-london.com.
Return Instructions
After your return has been submitted, you will receive a complimentary FedEx return shipping label via email. Once printed, please attach and send back via FedEx. All returns will be refunded less a return shipping fee of $15. Please allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive back at our warehouse. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing at our warehouse. Any orders shipped back to the warehouse without a return authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
Final Sale
All items marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged.

Late Returns

Third-Party Returns
Our policies cover purchases made on Maac-london.com. We’re unable to accept items purchased at partnering retail locations, as these transactions are subject to the retailer’s own Return and Exchange policies. Please contact your point-of-purchase retailer directly to discuss return or exchange options.
